Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

At Suspended Moments, we make every effort to ensure that your order arrives on time and just as requested.

We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If your order is not free from defects in materials and workmanship, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item, or immediate full refund. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return, except when there is a quality concern as mentioned above. 

We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!). Take special care when reviewing your order. Check your spelling, dates and names carefully. In the event that you made an error and need a replacement, we do offer a 20% discount off the original retail price on the replacement to try to help. Of course, if we made the error, we will replace your order free of charge to you. All refunds or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receipt.

Postage to return an unwanted item will not be refunded.

Shipping

Please note that shipping time does not include order processing time.  Currently, US bridal hanger orders are ready to ship about 5-7 days before the date given.  Rush orders are available for a faster turnaround if necessary: RUSH Order Hanger

Please note that shipping on rush orders is USPS 2-3 day priority, so some arrival dates may require additional shipping charges.  Contact me with your zip code if hanger is needed within 4 business days to make sure of arrival date.

I typically ship USPS 2-3 Day Priority within the USA and First Class shipping for most small items. I will notify you as soon as your order has shipped, and the tracking information will be included if applicable.

I take care to protect all items and package them with care.  Suspended Moments is not responsible for damage incurred during shipping, but insurance can be added for an additional fee.  Contact for more details.


***INTERNATIONAL ORDERS***
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. The international shipping listed is first class, which does not provide tracking information. The post office does not estimate first class international shipping time, although packages arrive within three weeks in most cases.  With the addition of my turnaround time, I recommend faster shipping options if your order must arrive within 5 weeks. Please contact me for more options.

CUSTOMS FEES:
Please note that some items may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or fees once they arrive in the destination country.  Buyer is responsible for any fees assessed by their country's customs.
